At 17, during the housing boom of the 1980s, Larry Janesky built his first of many houses. When the market crashed at the end of the decade, he transitioned to basement waterproofing, identifying ways to improve the industry. He went on to build the world’s largest $700M/YR network of contractors that make up Contractor Nation's market leading dealer network. Securing 31 patents in the process. Larry is also still growing his own local $50M/YR home service business where he deploys 65 trucks everyday throughout Connecticut. Through years of mastering marketing, sales, and team-building, he learned from his mistakes and developed "Systems of Excellence" that any contractor can follow to achieve remarkable success.
