At 17, during the housing boom of the 1980s, Larry Janesky built his first house. When the market crashed at the end of the decade, he transitioned to basement waterproofing, identifying ways to improve the industry. He went on to build the world’s largest network of basement waterproofing contractors, securing 31 patents in the process. Larry also grew his own local company into a $30M+ home repair business. Through years of mastering marketing, sales, and team-building, he learned from his mistakes and developed systems that any contractor can follow to achieve remarkable success.
